According to
the
Wildlife Preservation Act of 1992
there are 15 animals that are either already extinct in Thailand or under serious threat.
These animals are:
White-eyed River-Martin
Lesser One-horned or Javan Rhinoceros
Asian Two-horned or Sumatran Rhinoceros
Kouprey or Kouproh
Asiatic or Wild Water Buffalo
Brown Antlered Deer or Eld's Deer
Schomburgk's Deer
Serow
Goral or Chinese Goral
Sarus Crane
Gurney's Pitta
Marbled Cat
Asian or Malayan Tapir
Fea's Barking Deer or Fea's Rib-faced Deer
Dugong or Sea Cow
