The Thai
Society for the Conservation of Wild Animals (TSCWA) has been
working since 1996 to improve the welfare of animals and better
conserve wild animal populations in protected areas throughout
Thailand. We treat all animals equally. The society has several
projects which are carried out by small teams of local staff
and foreign volunteers overseen by the society's directors.
TSCWA is a legally registered non-governmental organisation in
Thailand that is approved to engage in wildlife conservation
activities. This process involved both the Office of the National
Culture Commission and the Royal Thai Police Department, and
includes the annual submission of audited financial accounts
and membership lists.
