Research

The Society has undertaken several research studies in cooperation with local and foreign institutions. All these studies try to have some local practical use, whether this being to better understand local practices or as further information needed for us to achieve particular goals, such as reintroduction.

We have also found it neccesary on occasion to write reports or seek to publish papers on research performed by others that we feel is fundamentally flawed.

All our findings are open to pubic discussion and we welcome criticism or participation by anyone who feels that their input might in some way be beneficial. Those with comments or enquiries are welcome.
